It may be helpful to leave your pet’s usual drinking bowl next to the fountain for a week or two until they happily transition to regularly using the fountain.

  • Filters typically need replacing every 2–4 weeks depending on usage and water conditions. To purchase a filter click here.

  • The fountain is designed to operate quietly so it can comfortably sit in living areas of the home. It measures less than 20 (dB) decibels which is equivalent to a distant whisper.

  • Cleaning frequency depends on use, but regular rinsing and occasional deeper cleaning will help maintain optimal hygiene.
