Most pets quickly adapt to flowing water. During development the fountain was tested with multiple dogs and cats who approached it naturally. It may be helpful to leave your pet’s usual drinking bowl next to the fountain for a week or two until they happily transition to regularly using the fountain.

The fountain is designed to operate quietly so it can comfortably sit in living areas of the home. It measures less than 20 (dB) decibels which is equivalent to a distant whisper.

Cleaning frequency depends on use, but regular rinsing and occasional deeper cleaning will help maintain optimal hygiene.

Yes, it can be used outdoors, but we recommend keeping it in a shaded, covered area to avoid getting too hot, insects, or debris falling into the water. Just be sure to clean it more regularly.
